Try and set up a limit while you play. That helps to not lose the whole balance at the end. You know if you get to 500€ never go under 400€. If you go to 600€ your new limit is 500€ etc etc that’s what I do.

Works well in theory but might be a bit too difficult to some people to stick with it.
