I was playing on primebetz and managed to fight through the wager requirements. It was a long battle, but I got left with 300€. They started asking for documents, which I had ready since its not the first time I’ve had to deliver them but here comes the weird part. After that, they asked me to send a selfie to them? Like why would you need to see my face to give me my money? Anyway, I did send them a selfie, which they declined, and now my second photo is waiting for approval. Has this happened to anyone, is it a normal thing?
