Has anyone tried contacting them through live chat? Their email support seems to be terrible based on what I’m reading here, but I’ve had good experiences with their live chat support. According to their website, they offer 24/7 live chat support. I had an issue with verification once and they sorted it out in about 10 minutes through live chat. Might be worth trying that route instead of email if you’re still interested in getting this bonus to work.
