I’ve been with 32Red for about 3 years now and completely agree with you about their loyalty program changes. It’s absolutely ridiculous how they’ve gutted what used to be one of the best reward systems out there. The Red Ruby tiered loyalty program used to actually mean something when you reached Silver or Gold status, with faster point earning and better bonuses. Now it feels like you need to be betting thousands just to get noticed. I contacted support last month about why my points weren’t adding up correctly and they gave me some rubbish about “system updates” and “improved player experience.” Yeah right, improved for THEIR bottom line maybe! The only decent thing left is their 150% welcome bonus which is still pretty competitive compared to other UK casinos. But once that’s gone, good luck getting anything worthwhile from them. Anyone else notice how they’ve made it harder to track your progress too? Used to be able to see everything on your dashboard, now you have to call in just to find out where you stand. Proper shambles.
