Customer service is ABYSMAL – waited nearly a week for a response about a withdrawal issue, and when they finally replied, it was clearly copy-pasted. The rake is ridiculous compared to GGPoker, especially at mid-stakes. And don’t get me started on their “chest” rewards system which is deliberately confusing and gives random rewards instead of proper rakeback. Used to get decent value, now I’m lucky if I get 5% back. Software is still stable, I’ll give them that, but they’ve limited multi-tabling which killed my grinding. Anyone else notice how the player pool has gotten tougher too? Nothing but regs at anything above NL25.
