Just wanted to add that Pinnit2014 on Casinomeister forum said about Casumo: “Hit and miss with these guys: sometimes a grand takes 3 minutes, then 200 quid takes 23 hours. Inconsistent is probably the best descriptor.” That matches my experience too.
