Man, I had the EXACT same experience with Aztec last month! Deposited $200, hit a nice jackpot on their Egyptian-themed slot (about $1200) and when I tried to cash out, suddenly my account needed “additional verification.” Sent them everything – passport, utility bill, bank statement – and they still claimed my documents were “inconsistent.” After 3 weeks of back and forth emails, they finally just closed my account for “suspicious activity” without any explanation. These guys are 100% running a scam operation. They’re blacklisted on Covers.com for a reason. Stay far away from these thieves!
