Brilliant guide mate! Just had to use this actually – had an issue with a UKGC licensed site last month where they kept delaying my £800 withdrawal. After going through their 8-week complaints process, I had to escalate to eCOGRA for ADR. Took another 3 weeks but got it sorted. The 8-week rule is proper annoying but at least there’s a process that works.
