Alternative Dispute Resolution is brilliant when it works but the waiting times are mental. Filed with IBAS 6 months ago and still waiting for a decision. At least with direct regulator complaints you usually get some kind of response within a few weeks. Anyone know if there’s plans to speed up the ADR process? It’s meant to be faster than going to court but doesn’t feel like it sometimes.
