The start was rocky. I did not receive an account confirmation message in my email. The first customer service agent couldn’t/wouldn’t get it right and activate the account and first deposit bonus. Just asked me to delete the cookies and page history which I had already done. I closed the chat and reopened it. luckily I got a second customer service agent. I pointed out to him that there was no confirmation message in the email. He activated the account and set up the bonus within 30 seconds.
