Getting started here felt easy enough, and they seem to have some cool community stuff going on but, wow, their support is kind of hit-or-miss when you really need them. I used MuchBetter to withdraw, which was pretty seamless, so props there, but trying to get answers from support about other questions was frustrating. It’s like they have this nice vibe with players but then forget to follow through on the important stuff, like being available to help. Overall, it’s got good things going on but feels like it needs better attention to user needs, especially for people who like having a dependable backup when things go sideways.
