you think everything’s smooth sailing until someone drops the term CasinoCasino fraud, then you start wondering if it’s just bad luck or what. turns out, it’s mostly the poor customer service that’s frustrating, but the mobile site is actually quite user-friendly. used Wire Transfer for withdrawals, and it took a bit longer than expected, but at least the WMS games kept things interesting while waiting. still, could’ve been a better experience if they’d stepped up their support game.
