suddenly had my account blocked, and i wasn’t even sure why. the account verification process took longer than i expected, which left me waiting and worrying. support was helpful and tried to speed things up, but it was still pretty nerve-wracking not being able to get in for so long. i had been depositing with Mastercard without issues until then, so this whole thing really threw me off. verification finally went through, but the delay put a damper on my experience. would’ve been much smoother if they were quicker with the verification. i’m back now, but i hope no more hiccups.
