Been betting seriously for about 6 months now and trying to get more disciplined with my staking. I’ve been doing 2-3% per bet but honestly sometimes I go higher when I “feel confident” and it’s burned me a few times.

What’s everyone’s standard unit size? Do you stick to a flat percentage or do you adjust based on confidence level? Also curious if anyone uses Kelly Criterion or if that’s overkill for casual betting.
