Had an issue with my account being restricted, and it took a while to figure out why… customer support wasn’t super helpful at first, but after some back-and-forth, they finally got it sorted out… the unclear rules were a pain, and they should definitely explain things better… on the plus side, once my account was sorted, withdrawals through Trustly were quick and easy… zero hassle withdrawals are a definite highlight, but they need to make the account restrictions clearer from the get-go…
