I tried the free play money. I got 1500€ wagered, balance about 300€, max cash out however 100€. Understandable, but still a big amount of money without play money. Before cashing out, you have to deposit 25€ to be able to cash out. The withdrawal takes 8-10 days and the withdrawal fee is 20€.Customer service is terrible. In the chat, the customer service person doesn’t answer questions at all, but pressures you to make that 25€ deposit “to help you”. However, not even simple questions are answered before that.
