Ran into some weird glitch where my account balance wasn’t updating properly after a big win session. Contacted support immediately and they were helpful though troubleshooting took about hours of back and forth emails and screenshot sharing to figure out what went wrong. Turns out there was a server sync issue on their end that affected several players that day and the awesome player community on their forums actually helped me realize i wasn’t the only one experiencing this problem. Other players shared similar stories and support fixed it eventually however the predatory withdrawal conditions they have in place are ridiculous and make cashing out way harder than it should be. Withdrawing via Tether which was supposed to be instant but took days because of their internal processing delays was frustrating. Need for Spin slots are decent quality though, especially the Habanero games which run smoothly and have good RTPs. The community aspect is def what keeps me around despite the technical hiccups and problem solved but left me questioning their system reliability tbh.
