Although Netbet has been in business since 2001, the website has been in need of a makeover for years. Mobile gambling has been stagnating and the whole site in general has been in need of a revamp for ages. From personal experience, deposits and withdrawals can be compared to government agencies. If you can withdraw money they require you to send in your bank statements, driving licences, debit cards and utility bills. Before and after the withdrawal is “pending” up to weeks before and after the submission of the above mentioned documents. According to the customer service, the files were confirmed but the withdrawal has not gone from “pending” status to nowhere for several days. According to my own experience, this casino is not worth touching even with a long stick, it seems to be “old-fashioned” for good reason compared to normal casinos where once after sending the driver’s license / and debit card, the winnings have been in the account. In addition to the withdrawal had to add swift codes, bank name, etc. other confusion in order to get the withdrawal even started. In the end, the withdrawal was “pending” for weeks, after which the casino simply decided to cancel the withdrawal, citing “unsent documents”. Worst casino experience by any measure.
