Trying to figure out how the help system works was just confusing…like, why is it so hard to get a straight answer? The live chat service wasn’t very helpful, which made the whole process feel even slower. I did appreciate the real VIP perks, and withdrawing with Skrill 1-Tap was super convenient. Still, I couldn’t shake the feeling that simple issues shouldn’t take this much effort to resolve. Makes me wonder if I should even try again…feels like a big question mark.
