Tried playing last night and was utterly disappointed with the experience. The interface was confusing from the start. The blackjack rules at Rizk are particularly bewildering for beginners like me. They advertise quite many bonuses, but finding them on the site is like searching for a needle in a haystack. The layout is overly complex and frustratingly difficult to navigate. I spent more time trying to figure out where everything was than actually playing. MuchBetter worked perfectly for deposits though, which was one small positive. The game selection seemed decent enough from what I could see. Unfortunately, the menu organization makes no logical sense whatsoever. Why put account settings under promotions? Who designed this interface? The customer service was somewhat helpful when I complained. They promised to pass my feedback along to the development team. Hopefully they’ll simplify things in the future. Maybe I’ll check back in a few months to see if anything has improved.
