I was super impressed with the customer support—they were really helpful when I had questions. But man, the game loading times were so slow, it felt like I was back on dial-up 😕. At least the withdrawals at Slottica worked smoothly, especially with Nordea. It’s a bit of a trade-off: great support but a bit of waiting.
