Spent hours searching through poorly designed pages trying to find clear explanations. The mobile site was especially frustrating with buttons that wouldn’t respond and text that overlapped. Seriously? Called customer service twice before getting any help. They finally explained everything. Not bad. The actual gameplay, once I figured it out, actually feels like a real casino with authentic table layouts and dealer interactions. Had to laugh when their “mobile-friendly” site crashed three times during my session. Despite the website issues, I enjoyed playing their Yggdrasil games which ran smoothly. Won a decent amount on my third day. Decided to cash out using Visa which was surprisingly quick. The withdrawal process took just 24 hours. Would have stayed longer if the mobile experience wasn’t so terrible. Their desktop version works fine though. Might return when they fix their site issues. Until then, I’ll play elsewhere.
