the customer support was pretty helpful and responsive, but I ran into issues with the payout process. using Endorphina games was a nice touch, but the sheer volume of emails was just too much. Svenbet payout was slower than expected, and the excessive emails didn’t help. overall, while the support was great, the payout experience could be better, and the emails are definitely a downside.
