so, i’ve been exploring this site for a while now. the games are fun, especially the ones by Foxium, but their customer support? yikes. i had to figure out how to bet on roulette at The Online Casino on my own because they weren’t much help. the interface is decent, and the brand itself feels awesome, but it’s frustrating when you can’t get quick answers. imo, they really need to up their support game. i mean, who doesn’t like getting help when stuck? roulette was easy enough to figure out eventually, but it shouldn’t have been this hard. foxium’s games do make up for some of the hassle though. overall, it’s a mixed bag—fun games and a cool vibe, but poor support drags it down. i’d give it a 6/10.
