the start of my experience was promising, but things quickly took a turn. what stood out the most to me was the unengaging user experience when I needed help. customer support wasn’t all that interested in providing solutions, and that killed some of the excitement for me. I tried out the Wild West Gold slot game, which was actually really fun, but figuring things out without much support made the process frustrating. they’ve got a cool brand, but it could use a lot more attention to how they interact with their users.
