Always greeted with a super lively atmosphere, which I really appreciate every time. The slots and tables make it feel like a real casino, and I love that. Having said that, Talismania pending requests almost always leave me waiting way longer than I hoped. I once contacted support and got an answer that might as well have been written by a potato. Still, it’s hard to ignore how much the place buzzes with energy and excitement. Seriously though, customer service is a puzzle wrapped in a mystery. I always walk away hoping for better staff next spin around.
