I was really hoping for solid support any time you need it, but dealing with reviews complaints here shows it’s hit-or-miss. While the support team is around most times, the inconsistent customer service hours can be frustrating. At least they accept Bitcoin Cash for withdrawals, which is convenient. I did have a good time playing Golden Dragon on the slots, though! So, it’s been a mix – some things work, others not so much.
