honestly, i wasn’t expecting much trouble, but when i went to withdraw through Trustly, i hit a roadblock with the Sapphirebet locked withdrawal issue, took forever to verify my account, their chat support was helpful, but man, the delay was frustrating, at least playing Age of Akkadia kept me entertained while i waited, but by the time everything was cleared, the excitement was already gone, definitely a downside
