Having a strong player community is always a plus, and this site definitely has that. But when it comes to payouts, the experience can be hit or miss. I used a Bank transfer for my withdrawal, and while that part was straightforward, the customer support left a lot to be desired. Even with the awesome games from Yggdrasil, the low-quality support really detracts from the overall experience. Despite the fun vibe, poor customer service is a big downside.
