signing up was quick and easy, which was a great start, but navigating the unclear rules afterward was frustrating i tried out Frutopia because it looked interesting, but when i needed help, the process wasn’t as smooth as expected despite the initial ease of joining, getting assistance felt like a hassle by the end, it was clear that there’s potential here, but the unclear rules really hold it back
