the slots here are okay, but I’ve gotta say… the customer support leaves a lot to be desired. the terms and conditions are fair, which is a plus, but when you actually need help… it’s frustrating to get a decent response. it takes away from the experience, knowing that if something goes wrong… you might struggle to get the assistance you need. if they could fix that, the overall experience would be much better.
