Going in with high expectations, especially given how well it works on mobile, I was hopeful for a smooth experience. But things went south quickly with deposit issues and, even worse, a locked withdrawal. Using Multibanco for deposits worked fine, and while the Lightning Box games were fun, the withdrawal problem was a big letdown. It wasn’t the seamless experience I had hoped for, and that was disappointing.
