at first, i was stoked to try the best slots here, but my excitement fizzled out. while the rewards program is absolutely solid and rewarding, the live chat service was a huge letdown. they took forever to answer, and i was left feeling a little ignored. the game provider Swintt does have some great options though, so that kept me entertained. honestly, it’s a good place for rewards, but the customer support needs a major overhaul. 4/5
