I was really surprised by LottaBet customer support; they were extremely helpful and responsive. The site is very easy to navigate, which is a huge plus. However, the adverse bonus conditions are quite disappointing. Playing the slots game Kronos was fun, but those bonus terms really need an overhaul. Overall, the support and navigation are great, but the bonuses? Not so much.
