Logging in after not playing for months revealed a completely changed interface. The new layout feels much more intuitive than the clunky design they had before. Bitvegas help section is actually useful now, which is a pleasant surprise compared to their old FAQ that answered nothing. IMHO the improvements make a huge difference in usability. The withdrawal process with Litecoin was smooth and processed within hours. Still feels like a real casino with the ambient sounds and dealer interactions. Unfortunately, they’re still lacking when it comes to mobile support. Playing on my phone during lunch break resulted in games that kept freezing. TBH I’m not sure why they haven’t fixed this yet since everyone plays on mobile these days. Would recommend for desktop users but mobile players should look elsewhere until they update their app.
