The chat feature wouldn’t load while I was trying to get help with online poker games. Tried refreshing and even switching browsers, but no luck. Ended up emailing support, which wasn’t ideal, but at least they responded quickly. Poker tournaments hosted by Spinmatic were a pleasant surprise and made up for the issue. The community vibe is awesome, with players being super helpful. Withdrew some winnings using Mastercard, and that part went smoothly. Really wish the chat feature worked as well as everything else.
