Things have definitely changed compared to the early days. Even though the platform now pays real money, it’s a bit annoying how unhelpful the live chat service can be. On the plus side, the live game video quality is top-notch, and playing Diamond Queen is still a blast. Overall, BC.Game could be great, but some improvements are needed, especially in customer support.
