i felt a bit let down right from the start (the deposit went smoothly, but things got tricky after that). promotions looked promising but turned out to be somewhat misleading (not quite what i had expected). on the positive side, sorting through games is easy, which is helpful. ethereum for withdrawals worked smoothly, so that was nice. if they could make the promotions clearer, the experience here would be much better.
