there was this one issue with understanding the RTP, and i couldn’t get a clear answer from customer support no matter how many times i asked. the big bonuses are fun and all, but the constant flow of emails is over the top. depositing with Mastercard worked perfectly, and i did enjoy playing Betsoft games, but the constant back-and-forth left me a bit frustrated. i’m not sure if i’ll stick around much longer, honestly.
