struggled at the start, barely getting around since the live chat was so unhelpful, and my questions kept going unanswered. luckyDays support wasn’t what i expected, especially after hearing such good things—support just kept repeating the same redundant phrases, over and over, like “we are here to help” without actually helping. made it easy to use and find games at least, and i managed to request a withdrawal with Mastercard, but the process was full of more redundant phrases that didn’t answer anything useful which really dragged it all out. not sure if this is just a weird night, but it didn’t leave a great impression—having easy navigation helps, but the whole experience came down to a frustrating final state with live chat never truly coming through. hope customer service gets better. withdrawal eventually arrived, slow but sure. will try again just for the layout.
