The mobile site immediately caught my attention with how slick and easy to use it is, and I had high hopes for the experience. However, when I reached out for support, I was disappointed by how unresponsive they were. Reflex Gaming titles like the one I played were fun, but the lack of timely help definitely left a bad taste. It would be great if they could improve their user feedback system, as that’s a major letdown for an otherwise solid platform.
