Running into a blocked account issue was a surprise I didn’t expect. Just when I was getting into a groove with Grease by Swintt, the fun was interrupted. The rewards program had been great up until that point, but dealing with pop-ups while trying to resolve the issue only added to the frustration. Eventually, the account was unblocked, but the experience left me wary. Despite the benefits, the SilverPlay blocked account situation took away from the overall enjoyment.
