couldn’t believe there were no loyalty rewards (seriously?) but at least support is available any time (which helps a bit). testing the live odds at Vinyl Casino left me with mixed feelings (it’s fine, but could be better). depositing with Mastercard was smooth, but the lack of rewards really took away from the overall experience. so, while the support is great, the missing loyalty program makes it hard to fully commit.
