Getting those real VIP perks is great—who wouldn’t want that? But it’s frustrating when support is unresponsive, like waiting for a reply that never comes. I had trouble withdrawing with Skrill, which only added to the disappointment. Playing Zeus 3 was something I looked forward to, but the lack of support really took away from the experience. Casoo has potential, but they need to step up their support game to make the most of it. Here’s hoping they get it right soon.
