The chat system is frustrating when you need help fast. Even though Express Wins rewards are decent, especially with their reasonable wagering requirements, it’s hard to ignore how unresponsive the support is. Playing Chinese Dragon is fun, but when there’s an issue, you’re kind of left on your own. Improving the chat would definitely make the whole experience better. Hopefully, they fix this soon because everything else runs pretty smoothly.
