It’s got a vibe that actually feels like a real casino, which is pretty cool. but when account limitations popped up, support was about as unresponsive as my pet cat during bath time. Klarna deposits went through no problem, and I loved playing Lucky Lady, but getting help was like talking to a wall. if they could just get that support team to answer, it’d be great.
