so, like, i first tried after hearing good things about their support team. gotta say, they really are helpful, but man, that payout time is s-l-o-w. not even gonna sugarcoat it, but at least they respond when you’re stuck. feels like they need to work on speeding things up, though i’m still undecided about sticking around.
