When i joined, i ran into some issues with customer service hours—super frustrating. Turns out they aren’t always around when you need them, which can leave you stuck. But the player community is awesome, and they helped me out a ton with Thunderstruck II tips. I ended up leaning on the community for support more than customer service, and honestly, that worked. Since then, i’ve found my rhythm, knowing i can rely on the players if service isn’t available. Overall, despite the support gaps, it’s been a decent experience.
