so, here’s my two cents: getting help is easy, but having a decent conversation isn’t because of the inadequate chat features. it seems that Nutz Casino big wins are overshadowed by the frustration with the poor chat experience. while i appreciate the helpful customer support, the chat features are incredibly insufficient. so, overall Nutz Casino is just mediocre.
