Hello, I came to Germany from Russia and decided to entertain myself in my free time by playing at this casino. I joined the online games, accidentally placed a bet with all my money, and accidentally won – of course, I was thrilled and decided to withdraw the winnings. The casino didn’t process the withdrawal for three days, then requested verification, and still didn’t process the withdrawal for another four days. In the end, my account was blocked, and I didn’t receive my €400.

Even though they replied to my emails promising to pay out the money, they referred to the deposit amount instead, claiming I had allegedly provided incorrect information. In short, this casino is a scam. I had never played at a casino before, and now I see it wasn’t worth starting.
